The Moorgate

The Moorgate is a 27 unit aparthotel in the heart of The City of London. Two existing blocks of town houses have been reconfigured and converted by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands Architects to create a series of high spec individual apartments, each complete with a bathroom and kitchen, and accessed via a brightly illuminated central atrium/stairwell.
Commissioned by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, the interiors were photographed in their empty state in order to illustrate the high quality stone, hardwood and brass finishes throughout, completely re-crafted period features such as wall panelling and ceiling coving as well as the qualities of natural and artificial light.
