The Royal Academy 09.18

It has been a pleasure to photograph The Royal Academy of Arts for iGuzzini over the course of the last year. The gallery lighting has been updated to use tuneable white LED which allows the work and character of each exhibition to be illuminated to stunning effect.  Several visits have been made to exhibitions in order to show the capabilities of the new lighting, images below show Jasper Johns ‘Something Resembling Truth’, Charles I: King and Collector, the Summer Exhibition 2018 and the new ‘Permanent Collection’ / ‘Gabrielle Jungels-Winkler’ galleries.
